Custom Order Policy

At DG: The Remix, we love creating custom items just for you! Whether it's a cute t-shirt design or a blanket in honor of your loved one, we are ready create unique and personal items that you will certainly cherish. 

We appreciate the opportunity to create unique items especially for you. As such, please note that custom and/or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

• Generally, there is a 10‐30 business day turnaround on all custom/personalized orders. The turnaround time depends on the size and details of the order and may vary from order to order. A delivery date will be determined once order has been submitted.
• Once production has begun, the order cannot be modified in any manner or canceled for any reason. 
• While we strive with all due diligence to complete each order within the time frame provided, there are times when circumstances beyond our control prohibit us from doing so. If such case arises, you will be notified immediately.
• Submitting your order signifies your agreement to these terms.
