Return Policy:
We will never knowingly disappoint you. Therefore, if for any reason your purchase does not give you complete satisfaction, we will gladly issue you a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are issued in the same method as the original payment. Items must be unused and unworn.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Items button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you checked out as a guest, you will need to contact us for a return authorization number.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping & Handling Cost:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Customer Provided Garments:
We allow customers to send in their own personal garments for embroidery to be added. In this situation, all of our terms and conditions as well as the following special conditions apply:
a) The customer is responsible for shipping the garment to us and paying for the completed item to be shipped back with insurance,
b) We maintain the right to refuse any garment if the condition of the garment is deemed unsuitable for the desired embroidery,
c) If the customer's garment is damaged during the production process, we will replicate the original garment to the best of our ability. We make no guarantee that the replacement will be identical to the original garment, only that it will be as similar to the original as possible,
d) Under no circumstances will we pay monetary damages if the customer's garment is lost in transit to Divinely Greek or damaged during the production process.
e) Orders in this category are assessed a $15.00 set up fee.
Branding:
We reserve the right to brand garments with the DG logo. We intentionally make the DG logo small and inconspicuous so that it does not interfere with or draw attention away from the garment's design.
