FAQ

1.  What is your return policy?

We will never knowingly disappoint you.  Therefore, if for any reason your purchase does not give you complete satisfaction, we will gladly issue you a for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.  Refunds are issued in the same method as the original payment.  Items must be unused and  unworn. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Items button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

 2.   How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

We strive to get orders out as soon as they are received, therefore in stock items are shipped within 24 hours. However, during peak seasons like holidays and membership intake season (Sep-May), it can take up to 48 hours before your order is shipped. If you order merchandise that is out of stock, we will wait until we have all of the merchandise before we ship unless you request otherwise. We will notify you if this is the case.

3.  Can I cancel my order once it has been placed? 


An order can be cancelled after it has been placed as long as it has not been sent to our shipping department but there is a 10% or $10 (whichever is greater) restocking fee retained.


4.  Why can't I order Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. merchandise directly from your site?

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. prohibits direct sales via the internet.  However, ordering is easy; simply email us at orders@divinelygreek.com for instructions on completing your order.


5.  Are all of the items you carry listed on your site?

No. We have several items in stock that may not appear on our website. If you don't see the item you are looking for, follow the "contact us" link to send us an email to check availability.

Heavier items and/or orders shipped outside the continental U.S. may incur higher shipping charges.

Additionally, you can order online and arrange for local pickup if you’re in the metro Atlanta area.  We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up.

  

7.  What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, checks and money orders.    


 8.  Do you offer discounts for group orders?

 We love custom group orders and are more than happy to offer you a discount. A minimum of 8 (for most) items qualifies as a group order.  Please contact us for an accurate quote.

 

9.  Can my order be shipped to an international address?

Most definitely.


10.  Do you only provide items for "Divine Nine" Greek Organizations?

No.  We create custom apparel for all Greek letter, social, music, and professional organizations, community groups, businesses and sports teams.
